Accent of Choice
I used one of the hearts from Monti's Heart Scrap Kit.
Fonts I used.

Tube of your choice.
I am using the wonderful art of Michael Landefeld. You can purchase a license to use his work from CILM.
Open the tube and hearts pattern in PSP.
Place the Heart Preset Shape in your Paint Shop Pro Presets Shape folder.
Open your fonts and minimize.
Ok we are ready to start.
REMEMBER TO SAVE OFTEN
You can drag this arrow down the page with you to keep your place in the tut.
Script provided by Dynamic Drive.
Step 1:
Open a new blank canvas 600x600and flood fill with white. Rename this layer Background.
Set your foreground colour to one from your tube (I used #ED0000) and your background to null.
Select your Preset Shape tool - Rectangle - making sure Anti-alias and Vector are checked. Line width 2 and draw out a thin rectangle.
See my tag for reference.
Once you are happy with your shape convert to Raster layer.
Step 2:
Select your Magic Wand, Tolerance and Feather 0.
Select inside your rectangle and add a new Raster layer.
Using your flood fill tool, making sure pattern is selected, flood fill with the heart pattern I supplied, or one of your choice. Deselect and lower the opacity of the flood fill layer to between 30-45.
Making sure you are on your Rectangle layer,use your magic wand to select the rectangle border and apply a glass preset or Inner bevel of your choice.
I used Eye Candy 4000 with the settings shown below.
Hide your background layer,then making sure your pattern or rectangle layers are active, merge all visable.
Apply the following Drop Shadow
Rename Rectangle 1.
Using the same settings as above draw out another Rectangle, making this one larger than before and follow the same steps as above, only this time also hide the Rectangle 1 layer before merging visible.
Rename this new layer Rectangle 2.
Step 3:
Making sure your Background layer is active, leave your Foreground colour as it is and set your background to a darker colour, I used #A50B0B.
Null your foreground and make sure gradient is selected on your background. Use the settings shown below.
Using your Preset Shape tool select the Heart 1 preset (same settings as the rectangle shapes) and draw out a heart shape.
Once you are happy with the size and position, convert to Raster layer.
Go to Effects - Xenofex 1 - Distress using the settings shown below.
Apply the following Drop Shadow.
Vertical = 2
Horizontal = 2
Opacity = 56
Blur = 2
Colour = Black
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer. Go to Layers - Arrange - Bring to top.
Apply a Drop Shadow of your choice and position as you wish, or use my tag as a guide.
Step 4:
Change your Background colour to one of your choice, Foreground null and select your text tool. I used Fancypants, size 80, Vector checked. Type out your text, I used "Be Mine".
Use your nodes to stretch and position the text to your liking and convert to Raster layer.
I then added a glass preset to my text using the same settings we used earlier.
Add a Drop Shadow of your choice and move the text layer below your tube layer. See my tag for reference.
For my name I used Saginaw Bold, size 70, Vector checked .Use the nodes to rotate to your liking and add the same Drop Shadow.
Finally I added a heart to one of the rectangle colums, this was from the Heart Scrap kit created by the very talented Monti, but you can add anything you like.
Add the artists copyright and your watermark, merge All Visable and save as a .jpg.
Thats it..all done.
I hope you have enjoyed my tutorial and didn't find it to difficult to follow.
Hugs Sarah
