This was written for psp 7 but will work in other versions.
For this tutorial you will need
Paint Shop Pro
Eye Candy 4000
Xenofex 1 - Crumple
Toadies - Plain Mosaic Blur
A Tube of your choice
I am using the wonderful art of Suzanne Woolcott.
You can purchase a license to use her work from Gorjuss Art.
A font of your choice. I used Black Chancery
Ok we are ready to start.

Step 1:
Open a new 500 x 500 transparent image and flood fill with white.
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer onto your canvas.
Duplicate your tube layer and hide the duplicate. Make sure you are on the original tube layer.
Go to Effects - Eye Candy 4000 - Corona with the following settings, using a colour to match your tube.
Step 2:
On the same layer go to Effects - Toadies - Plain Mosaic Blur using the default settings.
On the same layer go to Effects - Xenofex 1.0 - Crumple with the settings shown below.
Click on the tick to apply the effect.
Step 3:
Go back to your layer palette and unhide the duplicate tube layer.
Make sure this layer is active and position your tube where you want it to go.
Apply the following Drop Shadow to your tube
Vertical = 3
Horizontal = 3
Opacity = 85
Blur = 4
Colour = #808080
Step 4:
Activate your text tool. I used Black Chancery font, Size 55. Antialias and Vector checked.
Set your Foreground to Null and the background to the same colour used in the corona.
Use your nodes to position your text where you think it looks best. Convert to Raster layer and apply an Inner Bevel of your choice or use the one shown below.
Add the following Drop Shadow to your text.
Vertical = 3
Horizontal = 3
Opacity = 85
Blur = 4
Colour = #808080
Add the artists copyright and your watermark.
Hide the white background layer and crop to size.
Resize if neccessary and save as a jpg.
