Script provided by Dynamic Drive.
Step 1:
Open a new image 500x500. Flood fill with white.
Add a new raster layer and call it brushes. Set the foreground to a colour from your tube and add a selection of heart brushes until you are happy with it.

Step 2:
Set your foreground to a colour from your tube, null the background colour.
Select your Presets shapes, Rectangle. In your tool options box set your line width to 4, line style solid, antialias checked, vector checked.
Draw a rectangle, (my start point is 152,152 to 359,349). Convert to Raster layer. Go to Selections/ Select all/ Float and then apply your Soclear SuperBladePro preset. Deselect.
Set your background colour to the same as your foreground colour, select preset shapes, change the line width to 1 and the shape to heart and then draw a small heart on one corner of the rectangle. Convert to Raster Layer.
Go to Edit copy, then right click on the image and choose paste as new selection. Add one to each of the other corners. Deselect.
Selections/ Select all/ Float and apply the Soclear preset used above. Deselect.
Hide the brushes layer and the background layer and merge the heart and box layers visible. Rename this layer ‘Frame’. Duplicate this layer twice for a total of 3 frames. Move the frames into position as shown below then merge visible and unhide the other layers.

Add the following drop shadow to your frame layer
Vertical = 4
Horizontal = 4
Opacity = 30
Blur = 5
colour = black
Step 3:
Activate your tube and copy and paste it as a new layer on your canvas. Resize if necessary. Position the tube wherever you think it looks best.
Apply the following drop shadow.
Vertical = 5
Horizontal = 5
Opacity = 50
Blur = 5
colour = black
On the layer palette rename this layer ‘tube’.
Step 4:
Set your foreground and background colours to a darker colour from the tube. Select a font of your choice and select text tool.
Type in your name making sure Line width is 1, create as vector checked.
Use the nodes to rotate and position your text. When you are happy with it convert to Raster layer.
Selections, select all and apply the same Soclear SuperBladePro preset we used earlier. Deselect.
Apply the following drop shadow
Vertical = 2
Horizontal = 2
Opacity = 50
Blur = 3
colour = black
Add the artists copyright and your watermark. Hide the background layer and crop to size. Unhide and merge all layers visible. Resize if required and save as a .jpg.
