Step 1:

Open a new 600 x 500 transparent image and flood fill with white.
Open the image you want to use in the circle and copy it. Minimise the image for later use.
Activate your Preset Shapes Tool with the following settings:
Shape: Ellipse - Line Width: 3 - Foreground: #FCAF69 (or a pale colour from your tube) - Background: Null.
Draw out an Oval shape - see my tag for a guide.
Once you are happy with the size go to Objects - Align - Center in Canvas and then convert to a raster layer.
Activate your Magic Wand - Tolerance and Feather: 0 - and with it click inside the circle.
Go to Selections - Modify - Expand: 2.
Go to Edit - Paste - Paste As New Layer and move the image to the desired position so the part you want to see is showing in the selections.
When you are happy with its position go to Selections - Invert and then press the delete key on the keyboard.
Move the newly inserted image below the circle outline layer in the layer palette and go to Selections - Select None.
Activate the circle outline layer and apply the following Drop Shadow
Vertical = 2
Horizontal = 2
Opacity = 50
Blur = 5
Colour = Black

Duplicate your image layer and move it below your original layer.
Resize this duplicated layer by going to Image - Resize - 108% - Bicubic: Selected - All Layers: UNChecked.
Go to Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur: 10 and then Effects - Texture Effects - Blinds with the following settings:
Width: 5 - Opacity: 60 - Colour: Black - Horizontal: Ticked - Light from left/top: Ticked and click OK.
Repeat this Blinds effect but this time UNtick the Horizontal box.
Rename this layer Blurred Circle.

Step 2:

Activate your Preset Shapes again with the following settings:
Shape: Rectangle/Square - Line Width: 3 - Foreground: #FCAF69 (or a pale colour from your tube) - Background: Null.
Draw out a square and go to Objects - Align - Center In Canvas and convert to a raster layer.
Duplicate the square and move it to one side of the center square. Then Duplicate this square and go to Image - Mirror.
Position them to your liking - see my tag for a guide.
Copy the image you want to use in the squares - either the same one we used earlier or a different one by the same artist - by activating it and going to Edit - Copy.
Activate your Magic Wand with the same settings we used earlier and click inside the first Square.
Go to Selections - Modify - Expand: 2.
Go to Edit - Paste - Paste As A New Layer and move the image to the desired position so the part you want to see is showing in the selections.
When you are happy with its position go to Selections - Invert and then press the delete key on the keyboard.
Go to Selections - Select None and move the newly inserted image below the square outline layer in the layer palette.
Repeat this for the other squares.
Apply the following Drop Shadow to each of the Square layers.
Vertical = 2
Horizontal = 2
Opacity = 50
Blur = 5
Colour = Black

Click on the image in the Left Square and duplicate this layer.
Move the duplicated layer to just above the background layer.
Resize this duplicated layer by going to Image - Resize - 108% - Bicubic: Selected - All Layers: UNChecked.
Move the resized image so that just the edges are showing from behind the top image.
Go to Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur: 10 and then Effects - Texture Effects - Weave with the following settings:
Gap size: 2 - Width: 5 - Opacity: 3 - Weave colour: White - Gap colour: #FCAF69 (or a pale colour from your tube) - Fill-In Gaps: Ticked.
Repeat this for the Right Hand Square.

Step 3:

For the outline around the squares activate your Preset Shape on Rectangle/Square with the following settings:
Foreground: Metallic Silver Gradient - Background: Null - Line width: 2.
Draw a shape around the squares making the new shape slightly larger.
When you are happy with its positioning convert to a raster layer.
I erased parts of the silver outline - see my tag for guide.
Add the same Drop Shadow to these silver squares as we used on the other ones.
If you want to resize your image do it now.

Add your name and all copyright details.

In the Layer Palette hide your white background layer.
Activate the Crop Tool and choose the Merged Opaque option in the Snap Crop Rectangle To: option on your toolbar.
Double click inside the black outline square. Your tag will now be neatly cropped with no excess area away from the tag itself.
Unhide the white background layer.
