This goes against the artists TOU that I use for my tuts and against my TOU.

For this tutorial you will need

Paint Shop Pro

Eye Candy 4000
HSB Noise

Metallic Silver Gradient
This gradient comes with PSP but I have supplied it for those versions of PSP that do not have it.
Download HERE and place in your psp Gradients folder.

A Font of your choice
I used House Holiday for the name, which is a pay font so I cannot supply it and Arial for the watermark.

A Tube or Image of your Choice.
I am using the art of Jennifer Janesko. You can purchase a license to use her work from CILM.

Ok we are ready to start.

REMEMBER TO SAVE OFTEN

You can drag this arrow down the page with you to keep your place in the tut.
Script provided by Dynamic Drive.

Step 1:

Open a new image 600 x 600 pixels and Flood Fill with White.
Activate your Preset Shapes with the following settings:
Shape: Ellipse - Line Width: 2.00 - Anti-Alias: Checked - Create as Vector: Checked.
Set your Foreground to a colour from your tube - I used a light one from her face - and your Background to Null.
Draw out a Circle on your canvas.
Once happy with the size go to Objects - Align - Center in Canvas.
Convert to Raster Layer.
Still on your Ellipse layer, click inside it with the Magic Wand. Tolerance and Feather: 0.
Go to Selections - Modify - Expand by 1.
Activate your chosen tube or image and go to Edit - Copy.
Activate your main canvas and to to Edit - Paste As a New Layer.
Move into position so the part you want showing is inside the selection.
Go to Selections - Invert and press Delete on the keyboard to get rid of any excess.
Go to Selections - Select None then Layers - Arrange - Move Down.

Step 2:

Activate your Preset Shapes again and select Rectangle with Line Width: 2.00
Leave your Foreground as the colour we used for the Circle and your Background as Null.
Draw out a wide rectangle at the top of the Ellipse - see my tag as a guide.
Move this layer down to just above your white background layer and convert to Raster layer.
Duplicate this layer 3 times, moving each one below the other.
Hide all layers apart from your Rectangles and go to Layers - Merge - Merge Visible.
Unhide all Layers.
Add the following Drop Shadow to your rectangle layer.
Vertical = 2
Horizontal = 2
Opacity = 50
Blur = 5
Colour = Black

Duplicate the Rectange layer and go to Image - Rotate - Free Rotate - 90% Right.
Activate your Preset Shapes again still on Rectangle and Line Width on 2.
Change your Foreground to Metallic Silver Gradient and leave your Background as Null.
Draw out a slightly smaller Rectangle inside each of the main rectangles converting each one to a Raster Layer when done.
When done, hide all layers apart from the Silver Rectangles and Merge Visible.
Add the following Drop Shadow to your silver rectangles layer.
Vertical = 2
Horizontal = 2
Opacity = 50
Blur = 5
Colour = Black

Unhide all layers.

Step 3:

Activate the top layer.
Select your Preset Shapes set on Ellipse - Line Width: 2 - Foreground: Metallic Silver - Background: Null.
Draw out a circle around the outside of the main ellipse and go to Objects - Align - Center In Canvas.
Draw out another circle just inside the main ellipse and go to Objects - Align - Center In Canvas.
See my tag as a guide.
On each of the silver circle layers add the following Drop Shadow
Vertical = 2
Horizontal = 2
Opacity = 50
Blur = 5
Colour = Black

Once done, hide all layers except your two metallic silver circles and Merge Visible.
Unhide all layers.

Activate your Background layer. Activate your Preset Shapes with the same settings as before but change the Line Style to Diamond.
Draw out a wide circle a little away from the main imaged ellipse.
See my tag as a guide.
Add the following Drop Shadow
Vertical = 2
Horizontal = 2
Opacity = 50
Blur = 5
Colour = Black

Step 4:

Select your Tube/Image layer.
With your selection tool set on Ellipse select a part of your image which has a selection of colours.
Go to Selections - Promote to Layer.
Deselect.
Move this promoted layer to just above the White Background layer.
Go to Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur - Radius: 10.00.
Resize using your Deform (or Pick) tool to pull it to size - see my tag as a guide.
This is a useful tool to use when the image or tube you wish to use has a darker outer to it. Using this idea lets you select a part of the image that is comprised of more colours, creating a much nicer looking effect when blurred.
Duplicate this newly blurred layer and go to Image - Rotate - 90% Right.
Resize if necessary.
Duplicate this layer.
Go to Image - Rotate - 90% Right.
Resize if necessary.
Duplicate this layer.
Go to Image - Rotate - 90% Right.
If you are not happy with it, click on Edit - Undo and keep stretching, resizing and rotating until you are happy.

Step 5:

Now for the copyright details which I put on a curve.
Using the Preset Shapes set on Ellipse - Line Width: 1.00 - Foreground: White - Background: Null.
Draw out a circle a little inside of the main image.
DO NOT convert ot Raster.
Select your Text Tool and hover it over the white circle outline until you see an angled A.
Click to bring up the Text box and enter the appropriate details.
When finished click on the little + symbol on the text layer in the Layer Palette and hide the Ellipse.
Convert to raster layer.
Add your name and watermark.

Step 6: Animation

You'll be animating all the silver layers - the ones around the main image, the 2 sets of rectangular ones and the circular diamond one.
NOTE: The following is to be done on each of these layers for each copy/merged save into Animation Shop.
In PSP repeat the following part for each silver layer:
Go to Effects - Plugins - EyeCandy 4000 - HSB Noise.
For this first application of the filter just press OK.
Once all layers have had this effect applied go to Edit - Copy Merged.
Now to Animation Shop.
Right click the mouse and select Paste as New Animation.

Back to PSP.
Use the Undo button to get rid of the previously applied effects.
Then go to Effects - Plugins - EyeCandy 4000 - HSB Noise.
This time click on the Random Seed button once then click on OK.
Once all layers have had this effect applied go to Edit - Copy Merged.
Back to Animation Shop.
Go to Edit - Paste After Current Frame.

Back to PSP.
Repeat the above from the undo command forwards.
Back to Animation Shop.
Go to Edit - Paste After Current Frame as you did previously.

Click on View - Animation.
If you are happy with the speed of the animation click on Save As and type in your chosen name.
Then click on Next - then Next again - then Finish.

I hope you enjoyed this tutorial.
