Step 1:
Install your plugins and open all your supplies in PSP.
Open a new image 550 x 500 pixels and flood fill with white.
Select you Preset Shapes tool set to Square, Line Width 20.
Set your Foreground to Black and your Background to Null.
Draw out a square about 167 x 167 pixels and convert to raster layer.
Go to Selections - Select All - Float - Selections - Modify Contract by 1.
Fill the selection with a pattern of your choice to match your tube.
Deselect.
Apply the following Drop Shadow
V & H = 0
Opacity = 41
Blur = 8
Colour = Black
Move to the top left and duplicate this layer.
Go to Image - Mirror and position them side by side with a small gap in between. Use my tag as a guide.
Duplicate this layer and go to Image - Flip.
Use your mover tool to move this into position underneath the other frames leaving a small gap in between like before.
When you are happy with the positioning right click on the top layer in the Layer Palette and choose Merge Down.
Hide the white background layer and merge visible.
Use your Crop Tool to crop the image to size and then go to Image - Canvas Size 550 x 500 with Center in Canvas checked.
Unhide the white background layer and refill with white to fill the gaps.
Step 2:
Select your Magic Wand with the following settings
Mode = Add/Shift - Tolerance = 10 - Feather = 0 and click inside each of the 4 frames until they are all selected.
Go to Selections - Modify Expand by 10.
Copy your artists image and paste as a new layer on your canvas.
Resize if necessary so that all your squares are filled.
Go to Selections - Invert and press Delete on your keyboard.
Deselect and move this layer beneath your frames layer.
Hide the white background layer and Merge Visible. Rename Frames.
Duplicate your Frames layer and move beneath the original Frames layer.
Hide the original Frames layer so we can work on the copy.
Set your foreground and background to a colour from your tube.
Apply Toadies What Are You? with the following settings

Repeat the What Are You? effect on the same layer. Rename Toadies.
Duplicate the Toadies layer and move beneath your original Toadies layer.
On this duplicate layer go to Image - Resize 105% making sure all layers is unchecked.
Go to Effects - Photo Effex Scan Lines and apply with the settings shown below. If you don't have this filter apply Texture Effects - Blinds with subtle settings of your choice.

Repeat the Scan Lines on the same layer.
Lower the opacity of the Scan Lines layer to 56 and rename Scan Lines.
Step 3:
Open some Doodles of your choice and copy and paste them as a new layer above the scan lines layer. Resize to fit.
Position at the top of the image and then duplicate and go to Image - Flip.
Right click on the duplicate layer in the layer palette and merge down. Rename Doodles and add the same Drop Shadow we used earlier.
On the layer palette click on the top Frames layer to activate it.
Select your Text Tool. I used Cream and Sugar font, Vector - Checked, Size - 48.
Foreground - Black, Background - Colour from your tube. I used #FAD565.
Add your text. I used "You taste so Good" and use your nodes to pull it to size and position it at the top of your frames. Then go to Object - Align Horizontal Center in Canvas.
Convert to Raster layer.
Go to Selections - Select All - Float - Selections - Modify Contract by 1.
Apply the following Inner Bevel.

Do NOT Deselect.
Apply Eye Candy 3.1 Glass with the following settings

Deselect and apply the following Drop Shadow.
V & H = 2
Opacity = 41
Blur = 8
Colour = Black
Add your name using the same steps as above but change the font size to 72 and position at the bottom of the frames.
Hide the white background layer and crop to size.
Resize if required making sure All Layers and Bicubic are selected.
Add the artist copyrights and your watermark and save.
