This was written for psp 9 but will work in other versions.

I used Al Sandra which is a pay font so I can unable to supply it.

Ok we are ready to start.

Step 1:
Open a new transparent image 500 x 500 and flood fill with white.
Copy and Paste one of the papers from the kit as a new layer onto the canvas. I used CS_pinkthing_paper1.
Go to Layers - Load/Save Mask - Load Mask From Disk.
Find WSL-Mask236 and apply with the settings shown below.
In the Layer Palette right click on the top Group layer and choose Merge Group.
Go to Image - Resize with the following settings.
Size: 110% - Resample Using: Bicubic - Resize all Layers: UNChecked.
Copy and Paste another of the papers from the kit as a new layer. I used CS_pinkthing_paper27.
Go to Layers - Load/Save Mask - Load Mask From Disk.
Find Vix_Mask 41 and apply with the same settings as above.
In the Layer Palette right click on the top Group layer and choose Merge Group.
In the layer Palette, hide the 2 Mask Layers for now.
Step 2:
Open the CS_pinkthing_frame6 in psp.
Copy and Paste as a new layer onto the canvas.
Go to Image - Resize with the following settings.
Size: 45% - Resample Using: Smart Size - Resize all Layers: UNChecked.
Select your Magic Wand with the following settings:
Mode: Add/Shift - Match Mode: RGB Value - Tolerance: 10 - Feather: 0 - Anti Alias: Checked and Outside selected.
Using your Magic Wand click inside all areas of the Frame, making sure you select the areas around the Star as shown below.
Go to Selections - Modify - Expand by 5.
Copy and Paste CS_pinkthing_paper27 as a new layer and move it beneath your frame in the layer palette.
Go to Selections - Invert and press Delete on your keyboard.
DO NOT Deselect or Invert.
Go to Selections - Modify - Expand by 10.
Copy and Paste CS_pinkthing_paper1 as a new layer.
Press Delete on your keyboard and Deselect.
Activate your Frame layer (this should be your top layer) and add a Drop Shadow. I used:
Vertical + Horizontal = 0
Opacity = 60
Blur = 10
Colour = Black
Activate your text tool - Vector selected and using Performance JL font size 110, set your Foreground to Null and your Background to Black.
Type the letter F (or one of your choice), click Apply and center this inside the main frame area.
Convert to Raster layer and add the following Drop Shadow.
Vertical + Horizontal = 0
Opacity = 50
Blur = 10
Colour = Black
Hide your white background layer and merge all visible. Move to the top right and then unhide all layers.
Step 3:
Add a new Raster layer and paste your Diamond tube onto it. Resize if neccessary.
Go to Effects - Plugins - Mura Meister Copies with the following settings
Line up the Diamonds up so you have 7 diamonds centered across the top of the frame.
If you don't have Mura Meisters then just place 7 diamonds in a row across the top of your frame and duplicate as per the rest of the instructions.
Activate your selection tool set to Rectangle and draw around the 7 diamonds. See Below.
Go to Selections - Invert - and press Delete on the keyboard.
Deselect and duplicate this layer. Go to Image Flip and line the duplicate up along the bottom of the frame.
Duplicate this layer again. On the duplicate go to Image - Rotate - Free Rotate - Left - 90 Degrees - All Layers UNchecked.
Line up the Diamonds up so you have 7 diamonds centered down the left side of the frame.
Duplicate again and go to Image - Mirror and line the duplicate up so it is centered down the right side of the frame.
Hide all layers apart from the 4 Diamond layers and Merge Visible.
Go to Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen - and then Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen More.
Add the following Drop Shadow
Vertical + Horizontal = 1
Opacity = 80
Blur = 1
Colour = Black
Unhide all layers.
Step 4:
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer. Resize and add a Drop Shadow of choice. I used:
Vertical = 0
Horizontal = 6
Opacity = 50
Blur = 5
Colour = Black
Add the artists copyright and your watermark.
Add your name using a font of your choice. I set my Foreground to Black and my Background to CS_pinkthing_paper1.
Add a Drop Shadow of choice. I used:
Vertical = 1
Horizontal = 3
Opacity = 70
Blur = 4
Colour = Black
You can either save it now as a static tag or continue onto the next step for the animation.
Step 5: Animation
Hide the tube and your name layer and activate your Diamonds layer.
Activate your Selection tool set to Rectangle and zoom in on your frame.
Draw a small selection around every 4th diamond as shown below.
Go to Adjust - Brightness and Contrast - Brightness/Contrast - Brightness: 63 - Contrast: 17
Deselect.
Unide the tube and your name layers and go to Edit - Copy Merged.
Open Animation Shop and go to Edit - Paste - As New Animation.
Back in PSP go to Edit - undo and keep undoing until you have undone the Brightness/Contrast.
Deselect.
With your Selection tool activate the next lot of 4th diamonds as shown below.
Adjust the Brightness and Contrast with the same settings and Deselect.
Unide the tube and your name layers and go to Edit - Copy Merged.
Over in Animation Shop go to Edit - Paste - After Current Frame.
Back in PSP go to Edit - undo and keep undoing until you have undone the Brightness/Contrast.
Deselect.
With your Selection tool activate the next lot of 4th diamonds as shown below.
Adjust the Brightness and Contrast with the same settings and Deselect.
Unide the tube and your name layers and go to Edit - Copy Merged.
Over in Animation Shop go to Edit - Paste - After Current Frame.
Back in PSP go to Edit - undo and keep undoing until you have undone the Brightness/Contrast.
Deselect.
With your Selection tool activate the next lot of 4th diamonds as shown below.
Adjust the Brightness and Contrast with the same settings and Deselect.
Unide the tube and your name layers and go to Edit - Copy Merged.
Over in Animation Shop go to Edit - Paste - After Current Frame.
Save your finished tag in Animation Shop.
