A Font of your choice
I used Epcot Center which is a pay font so I cannot supply but you can find a similar one called Prototype HERE.
Tube of your Choice.

Ok we are ready to start.
REMEMBER TO SAVE OFTEN
You can drag this arrow down the page with you to keep your place in the tut.
Script provided by Dynamic Drive.
Step 1:
Open up a new canvas of 600 x 500, and flood fill with white.
On the colour palette set the Foreground to Metallic Gold 01 and the Background to any colour you like (a plasma effect is to be used to fill the shape so the colour won't show).
Select your Preset Shapes and select the Rectangle - Line Width 2.
Draw a rectangle and when you are happy with the size, go to Objects - Align - Center in Canvas and convert to a raster layer.
Use your Magic Wand and select inside the rectangle.
Go to Effects - Filters Unlimited 2 and select Render from the first list, then Plasma.
Click on Apply as we'll use the default settings.
Select your Preset Shape- Rectangle again.
Foreground as before, Background null.
Draw out another rectangle slightly smaller than the first to make an inner gold line.
Go to Objects - Align - Center in Canvas.
Add the following Drop Shadow to the main Rectangle.
Vertical = 0
Horizontal = 0
Opacity = 80
Blur = 10
Colour = black
Open up the tube you want to use.
Resize this until it fits inside the rectangle, (or if you want to just include part of the image, use your selection tool on rectangle, and size the selection just inside the frame.)
Copy the tube you want to use, and paste as a new layer. When happy with the positioning, go to Selections - Invert and then press the delete key on the keyboard.
Deselect.
Step 2:
To do the background, select your Preset shapes and use the Rectangle again.
Draw out a wide rectangle to go behind the main rectangle. See tag for an example.
Use the same colourings as you used for your main plasma effect frame.
When happy with the size convert to as raster layer, and duplicate this layer three times.
Line them up as shown in the tag.
Select your Magic Wand and click inside each rectangle before applying the filters shown below. Deselect after applying.
On the top two background rectangles, I used the plasma effect. Change the Complexity slider bar each time and experiment until you find the colouring you like.
For the bottom two of the four rectangles still using the Render section of Filters Unlimited 2, select the Color Clouds instead of Plasma. Click on randomize to find a colouring you're happy with.
When happy with the colourings on your four bars give them all the following Drop Shadow and then move them behind the main plasma rectangle.
Vertical = 0
Horizontal = 0
Opacity = 80
Blur = 10
Colour = black
For the two rectangles sitting either side at the bottom use the same colourings as before.
Click with your Magic Wand in the middle of one of the rectangles then paste the tube as a new layer.
Move the tube around and select a small portion of it to fit in the shape. Go to Selections - Invert and hit Delete on the keyboard. Deselect.
Do the same with the other rectangle.
Step 3:
Add a new raster layer just above the 4 smaller rectangles.
With your selection tool, draw a selection just inside the gold lines of the four smaller rectangles and fill with a colour of your choice.
Click on the newly coloured rectangle with your magic wand and paste your tube as a new layer. When happy with the positioning go to Selections - Invert - Delete.
Deselect.
Back to your tube. Mirror this and copy. Back on your newly coloured layer, click on the rectangle with the magic wand again, and position the tube on the other side.
When happy with the positioning go to Selections - Invert - Delete.
Deselect.
See my example tag for positioning idea.
On the coloured rectangle layer - hide this layer on your layer palette.
With your two inserted tubes, reduce the opacity of these layers to 70.
I also selected Hard Light on the layer palette for these layers.
Step 4:
Select your Preset Shape tool on Rectangle again. We'll now do the gold bar at the top.
Set your Foreground to Null and your Background to the Metallic Gold 01 Gradient.
Draw out a thin shape and using Eye Candy 4000 - Bevel Boss add a bevel of your choice.
Drop shadow with the settings used previously.
Move behind the main image.
To do the name bar at the bottom activate the top layer.
Select your Preset Shapes - Rectangle again. Foreground colour - Metallic Gold 01 Gradient, Background - Black.
Add the same drop shadow as before.
To finish off the image, I drew out a small circle and filled it with the Metallic Gold 01 Gradient with the same Drop Shadow as before.
Duplicate this three more times and position in each corner of the plasma image.
Add your name and all the appropriate copyright details and your watermark and save.
I hope you enjoyed this tutorial.
