Supplies needed
Pink Scrap Hearts by Kelly C Designz - used with permission.
Download Here.

A Font of your choice
I used Hurricane Swash which is a pay font so I am unable to supply.

A Tube of your Choice.
I am using the wonderful art of Demonique. You can find her work at http://omnibunny666.deviantart.com/.

Ok we are ready to start.

REMEMBER TO SAVE OFTEN

You can drag this arrow down the page with you to keep your place in the tut.
Script provided by Dynamic Drive.

Step 1:

Open up a new blank transparent canvas, 600 x 550, and flood fill with black.
Find your Pink Scrap Hearts. Select the 2 hearted frame and copy it. Edit, paste as a new layer onto your black canvas.
Select your desired tube, and edit, copy.
Select your magic wand, tolerance and feather set at 0. Click in the centre of the heart frame.
Now we'll put a part of your tube inside the frame. Go to 'Edit', 'Paste as new Layer'.
Using your 'move' tool (the 4 arrowed icon), move the part of the tube you want in the frame. When happy with the placing of the tube, go to 'Selections', 'Invert', then press 'Delete'. That will get rid of any excess tube outside of the frame.
'Selections', 'Select none'.
Go to your layers list, and lower the opacity of the tube layer to 50.

Now back to your pink scrap hearts. Select and copy the single heart on the chain.
Paste as a new layer onto your main working image. 'Image', 'Resize' by 76% then place in the top left corner of the frame.

Step 2:

Now go back to your tube and 'Image', 'Mirror' then copy and paste as a new layer onto your working image.
Resize, if necessary, to your desired size.
On your working image, select the tube layer. Now we'll put the outline around the tube.
In the tag above, I've used the following settings on Eye Candy 4000.
Select the 'gradient glow' feature, change the outline colour to white and your glow width (on the 'basic' tab), set that to its lowest setting (3.00), then press 'OK'.
To finish off on the tube, select your Xero Porcelain filter, and use the default settings.

Add all your copyright information and your name then we're off onto the animation.

Step 3: Animation

While still in PSP, select your frame layer. Go to 'Effects', and choose Eye Candy 4000.
Select 'HSB Noise', use the default settings.
Then select your smaller heart, and use the same effect.
Now 'Edit', 'Copy Merged'.
Over to Animation Shop, 'Edit', 'Paste as new animation'.

Step 4:

Back over to PSP, use the 'Undo last command' arrow, to get back to where you have no effects on the hearts.
Then select your main heart layer again. Apply Eye Candy 4000 and it's HSB Noise, but this time click on the 'Random Seed' button once, then 'OK'.
Do the same effect settings with the smaller heart. Click 'OK'.
Back over to Animation Shop. 'Edit', 'Paste', 'After current frame'.

Step 5:

Back over to PSP, use the 'Undo last command' arrow, to get back to where you have no effects on the hearts.
Then select your main heart layer again. Apply Eye Candy 4000 and it's HSB Noise, but this time click on the 'Random Seed' button once, then 'OK'.
Do the same effect settings with the smaller heart. Click 'OK'.
Back over to Animation Shop. 'Edit', 'Paste', 'After current frame'.

Click on 'View', 'Animation' to see your finished tag in all its glory, then save!

I hope you've enjoyed this tutorial.
