This was written for psp X but will work in other versions.

For this tutorial you will need

Paint Shop Pro

Eye Candy 5 Impact


Filters Unlimited 2

Fonts
I used Broadway which is a pay font so I am unable to provide it.


2 Tubes of your choice.
I am using the wonderful art of Ray Leaning. You can purchase a license to use his work from www.mypsptubes.com.

Open the tubes in PSP. Open the font and minimize them.


Ok we are ready to start.

Step 1:

Open a 450 x 450 transparent canvas.
Copy and paste the tube you want in the background as a new layer. Move it to the left side.
Rename Tube 1.
Duplicate the tube and mirror it. Rename Tube 2.
Copy and paste your main tube as a new layer and position in the center. Rename Tube 3.


Step 2:

Activate Tube 1 and lower the opacity to 40.
Add a Drop Shadow.
I used Eye Candy 5 - Impact - Perspective Shadow - Center Offset Direction 318 - Center Offset 10.00 - Opacity 80.00 - Blur 15.00.

Before you move on set your foreground colour to White and your background colour to Black.

Activate Tube 2 and apply Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Render - Clouds (fore-/background color) - Cloud type 65 - Gamma 75.
You can play with these settings to your liking.
Lower the opacity of this layer to 40.
Add the same Drop Shadow you just used.

Activate Tube 3.
Go to Adjust - Hue and Saturation - Colorize - Hue 255 - Saturation 30.
Add a Drop Shadow.
I used Eye Candy 5 - Impact - Perspective Shadow - Center Offset Direction 210 - Center Offset 5.00 - Opacity 75.00 - Blur 10.00.

Activate the bottom Transparent layer.
Flood fill with white.
Apply Eye Candy 5 - Impact - Brushed Metal - Settings - Linear Steel.
Then go to Effects - Edge Effects - Enhance.


Step 3:

Now we will add the borders.
Go to Image - Add Borders - Black - 2 pixels - Symmetric.
Go to Image - Add Borders - White - 4 pixels - Symmetric.
Go to Image - Add Borders - Black - 2 pixels - Symmetric.

Go to Image Resize 75%.

Open a new 425 x 425 canvas.
Flood fill with white.
Apply Eye Candy 5 - Impact - Chrome - Settings - Black Latex.
Copy and paste your bordered canvas as a new layer, it should center it for you.

Add the artist copyright and licensing information and your watermark.

Add your name using a font of your choice.
Foreground White - Background Black.
I used the settings shown below. Please pay attention to the direction arrow.


Add a sharp Drop Shadow.
Vertical = 1
Horizontal = 1
Opacity = 75
Blur = 1
Colour = Black

You are now finished. Save your tag.
