This was written for psp 9 but will work in other versions.
For this tutorial you will need
Paint Shop Pro
A Render or Background image of your choice.
I used a render by Darren Hiles. You can purchase a license to use his work from here.
A Tube of your Choice
I used one by Darren Hiles. You can purchase a license to use his work from here.
Font of your choice
I used Iron Clad Bolted Raised which you can get here.
Frame
I used one by MzKels. You can download it here.
Save it in your PSP frames folder.
I have also included a Sized psp image of the frame as some people using psp 8 don't have the sizing options. If you want you can just copy and paste the Frame psp image onto the canvas and adjust your background to fit it.

Ok we are ready to start.

Step 1:
Open a new image 600 x 600 and flood fill with white.
Copy and paste the render/background image you wish to use as a new layer onto the white canvas.
Go to Image - Picture Frame and apply the dbmmetal01 frame with the settings shown below.

On the Frame layer to go Effects - Simple - Pizza Slice Mirror.
Resize the frame by 80% - Bicubic selected - All layers UNChecked.
Select your magic wand and click outside the frame. Go to Selections Modify Expand by 4.
Activate the Render layer and press delete on your keyboard.
Hide the white background layer and merge all visible.
Duplicate the framed layer and hide the duplicate.
On the original go to Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur - 15
Go to Adjust - Hue and Saturation - Colourize and colourize it to match your render.
Go to Effects - Texture Effects - Weave and apply with the following settings.

Step 2:
Unhide the copy of the frame and resize by 80% - Bicubic selected - All layers UNChecked.
Duplicate this layer and resize the duplicate by 50% - Bicubic selected - All layers UNChecked.
Move it to the top left of the image, see below as a guide.

Duplicate the smaller frame again and go to Image - Mirror.
Right Click on the top layer in the layer palette and choose Merge down.
Duplicate this merged frame layer and go to Image - Flip.
Right Click on the top layer in the layer palette and choose Merge down.
Lower the opacity of your merged frame layers to 52.
Step 3:
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer.
Go to effects Eye Candy 4000 - Corona with the settings shown below. The colour used should be one from your render.

Resize your tube if needed.
Hide your white background layer and crop to size.
Add the artists copyright and if you used a render don't forget the copyright for that too.
Add your name using a font of your choice. Add a Drop Shadow to your text.
I used Iron Clad Bolted Raised and added a glass effect to it.
Save your tag.
