This was written for psp 9 but will work in other versions.

A Mask Of Your Choice
I used Mask_WSL26 by Chelle at www.weescotslasscreations.co.uk.

Tubes of your choice
I used 3 tubes by Suzanne Woolcott that had teddies in them and a tube of one of Suzannes' bears for the animated part.

Step 1:
Open the Template in PSP and press Shift D on the keyboard to make a duplicate. Close the original.
On the duplicate template delete Raster 1 - the copyright layer.
Go to Image - Resize - 85% - Smart Size - ALL Layers: Checked.
Go to Image - Canvas Size - 600 Width x 400 Height.
Add a new Raster layer and flood fill with white.
Go to Layers - Arrange - Send to Bottom.
In the Layer Palette click on the Circle layer to activate it.
Go to Selections - Select All - Float - Selections - Defloat - Selections - Modify - Smooth.
Set both amounts to 10 - Antialias and Preserve Corners: Checked and press ok.
Open a paper of your choice from the kit - I used BD-Purplicious-Paper3.jpg - and minimize in PSP.
Set your Foreground to pattern and find BD-Purplicious-Paper3.jpg - Angle: 0 - Scale: 50 and fill the selection.
Deselect.
Add the following Drop Shadow
Vertical = 0
Horizontal = 0
Opacity = 50
Blur = 10
Colour = Black
You can now close the paper.
Step 2:
In the layer palette activate your Large Rectangle layer.
Using your Deform/Pick tool pull the sides out a bit on each side to make it a bit wider. Use my tag as a guide.
Go to Selections - Select All - Float - Selections - Defloat - Selections - Modify - Expand by 1.
Open another paper of your choice. I used BD-Purplicious-Paper1.jpg and minimize in PSP.
Leave your Foreground as pattern but find the BD-Purplicious-Paper1.jpg - Angle: 0 - Scale: 50 and fill the selection.
Deselect.
Add the same Drop Shadow we used earlier.
You can now close the paper.
In the layer palette activate the Small Rectangle layer.
Go to Selections - Select All - Float - Selections - Defloat - Selections - Modify - Expand by 1.
Open another paper of your choice. I used BD-Purplicious-Paper2.jpg and minimize in PSP.
Leave your Foreground as pattern but find the BD-Purplicious-Paper2.jpg - Angle: 0 - Scale: 50 and fill the selection.
Deselect.
Add the same Drop Shadow we used earlier.
You can now close the paper.
In the layer palette activate the Ridge Rectangle layer.
Go to Selections - Select All - Float - Selections - Defloat - Selections - Modify - Expand by 1.
Open another paper of your choice. I used BD-Purplicious-Paper5.jpg and minimize in PSP.
Leave your Foreground as pattern but find the BD-Purplicious-Paper5.jpg - Angle: 0 - Scale: 50 and fill the selection.
Deselect.
Add the same Drop Shadow we used earlier.
Leave the paper minimized for now.
In the layer palette activate the Background 2 layer.
Go to Selections - Select All - Float - Selections - Defloat and fill with BD-Purplicious-Paper5.jpg - Angle: 0 - Scale: 50.
Deselect.
Repeat for layers Background 3 and Background 1.
Finally select Frame 1 and go to Selections - Select All - Float - Selections - Defloat - Selections - Modify - Expand by 1.
Open a paper of your choice. I used BD-Purplicious-Paper4.jpg and minimize in PSP.
Leave your Foreground as pattern but find the BD-Purplicious-Paper4.jpg - Angle: 0 - Scale: 50 and fill the selection.
Deselect.
Repeat for layers Frame 2 and Frame 3.
Close all the papers for now and open your tubes you wish to use.
Step 3:
Activate the tube you want to use in the left frame and go to Edit - Copy.
In the layer palette activate Frame 1 layer and then select your Magic Wand - Tolerance and Feather: 0.
Click inside the frame and go to Selections - Modify - Expand by 5.
Go to Edit - Paste and paste the tube as a new layer.
Go to Layers - Arrange - Move Down so the tube is under the Frame layer.
Resize to fit the frame.
I resized mine by 75% - Smart Size - All layers UNchecked.
I repeated the resize two more times for a total of 3 resizes.
Move into position so the part you want showing in the frame is visible inside the selections.
Go to Selections - Invert and press delete on the kepboard.
Deselect.
Still on the tube layer go to Adjust - Sharpen.
Add the following Drop Shadow to the tube.
Vertical = 0
Horizontal = 0
Opacity = 70
Blur = 10
Colour = Black
Activate the Frame layer and add the following Drop Shadow.
Vertical = 0
Horizontal = 0
Opacity = 50
Blur = 5
Colour = Black
Repeat this for the other 2 frames until all are filled with tubes and all Drop Shadows have been added.
Step 4:
In the layer palette activate the White background layer.
Copy and paste a paper of choice as a new layer. I used BD-Purplicious-Paper1.jpg.
Go to Layers - Load/Save Mask - Load Mask From Disk and apply Mask_WSL26 with the following settings:
Source Luminace: Checked - Fit to Canvas: checked - Hide All Mask: Checked.
Go to Layers - Merge Group.
Activate your Deform/Pick tool and move the top down slightly and the bottom up slightly.
If you want to resize your tag do it now. I resized mine by 70% - Bicubic - All Layers: selected.
Add the artists copyright and license if needed.
Save and minimize for now.
Step 5:
Open up the Wordart and use your Freehand /Lasso tool to select the Black and Red "I don't go anywhere without my teddy bear" wording.
Copy and paste as a new Image.
Select your Magic Wand with the following settings: Add/Shift - Tolerance: 20 - Feather: 1 - Antialias: checked.
Click inside one of the red hearts and go to Selections - Modify - Select Colour Range with the following settings:
Tolerance: 100 - Softness: 20 - Reference Colour: #AE1212 (taken from the heart) - Add Colour Range: Checked.
Click OK.
NOTE You will notice it has selected some areas that have been erased from the original but don't worry they won't show
in the finished tag.
Go to Selections - Promote Selection to Layer then go to Adjust - Hue and Saturation - Colorize - Hue: 212 + Saturation: 30 and click OK.
Deselect.
Note that the selected erased parts have vanished again.
Merge All Visible.
Go to Edit - Copy.
Maximise your tag canvas again and activate the top layer.
Go to Edit - Paste as a New Layer then go to Image - Resize with the following settings:
Smart Size: 40% - All Layers: UNchecked.
Still on the Wordart layer go to Image - Rotate - Left: 20% - Rotate Single Layer Around Canvas Center: Checked.
Go to Adjust - Sharpen and add the following Drop Shadow
Vertical = 0
Horizontal = 0
Opacity = 80
Blur = 3
Colour = Black
Hide your White background layer and activate your Crop Tool. In the top toolbar click on Merged Opaque.
Before you click on the tick to do the crop, move the nodes at the top of the tag all the way up to the top of the canvas so we have
room for our bear animation.
Click on the tick and unhide the white background.
Step 6:
Back on your top layer copy and paste the bear tube you want to use as a new layer. Rename this layer Bear.
Resize. I resized mine by 30% - Smart Size.
Move it up towards the top of the tag and then move the bear layer down in the layer palette to just above the Large Rectangle layer.
Use your Move tool to move him into position as shown below.
Now hide the Bear layer and go to Edit - Copy Merged.
Open Animation Shop and go to Edit - Paste as New Animation.
Back in PSP unhide the Bear layer and go to Edit - Copy Merged.
Back in Animation Shop and go to Edit - Paste After Current - Frame.
Back in PSP use the Move Tool to move the bear up slightly so you can just see his eyes - see the screen shot below.
Go to Edit - Copy Merged.
Back in Animation Shop go to Edit - Paste After Current Frame.
Back in PSP use the Move Tool to move the bear up slightly so you can just see his chin - see the screen shot below.
Go to Edit - Copy Merged.
Back in Animation Shop go to Edit - Paste After Current Frame.
Still in Animation Shop go to Edit - Select All - Edit - Copy - Edit - Paste as New Animation.
Right click on Frame 4 (the one with the whole of the bears face showing) and choose Delete.
On the new animation go to Edit - Select All then go to Animation - Reverse Frames.
Go to Edit - Copy and then back on the original animation click on Frame 4 to activate it.
Go to Edit - Paste After Current Frame.
Back in PSP use the Move Tool to move the bear over to the left side and move him back down so that just the top of his head is showing. See
the screen shot below.
Go to Edit - Copy Merged.
Back in Animation Shop click on Frame 7 of the animation to activate it, then go to Edit - Paste After Current Frame.
Back in PSP use the Move Tool to move the bear up slightly so you can just see his eyes - see the screen shot below.
Go to Edit - Copy Merged.
Back in Animation Shop go to Edit - Paste After Current Frame.
Back in PSP use the Move Tool to move the bear up slightly so you can just see his chin.
Go to Edit - Copy Merged
Back in Animation Shop go to Edit - Paste After Current Frame.
Stay in Anaimation Shop.
While holding down the Shift key click on Frames 7, 8 and 9 to activate them and go to Edit - Copy - then go to Edit - Paste as New Animation.
Working on this new animation go to Edit - Select All and then Animation - Reverse Frames.
Go to Edit - Copy.
On the main animation click on Frame 10 to activate it and go to Edit - Paste After Current Frame.
You should now have a total of 13 frames.
Now we need to set the Frame Properties.
Go to Edit - Select All then go to Animation - Frame Properties and change the number from 10 to 25.
Click OK.
Now click on Frame 1 and go to Animation Frame properties. Change the number to 70.
Click on Frame 7 and go to Animation Frame properties. Change the number to 70.
Click on Frame 13 and go to Animation Frame properties. Change the number to 70.
Step 7:
Back in PSP let's make our name for the tag.
Open a paper of your choice - I used BD-Purplicious-Paper1.jpg and minimize.
Activate your Text Tool - Font: Bowellberalta - Kerning: 25 - Font Size: 30
Set your Foreground to Black and your background to Pattern - BD-Purplicious-Paper1.jpg - Angle: 0 - Scale: 50
Type your name using all capital letters and click apply.
Move into position and convert to Raster layer.
Go to Effects - Plugins - Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow with the following settings:
Glow Width: 3.00 - Soft Corners: 25 - Opacity: 100 - Draw Only Outside Selection: Checked - Under the colour tab select: Fat and change both the
white colours to a light colour from your scrap kit - I used #CED19A.
Click OK and add the following Drop Shadow to your text.
Vertical = 0
Horizontal = 0
Opacity = 50
Blur = 4
Colour = Black
Copy your name layer and go back to Animation Shop.
Go to Edit - Paste As New Animation then go to Edit - Copy and copy your name again.
Back on your main animated tag go to Edit - Select All.
In the top tool bar click on your Propergate Paste buttom then go to Edit - Paste Into Selected Frame.
Position your name where you want it in the first frame and when you click to place it your name will show in all frames.
Go to File - Save As and save with the following settings:
In the first screen click on customise. Set the number of colours to 255 - Optimized Octree: Checked - Error Diffusion: Checked and click OK.
Keep clcking Next until you get to Finish.
Your tag is now saved.
