For this tutorial you will need
Paint Shop Pro
Eye Candy 5 Impact Perspective Shadow - Optional
A Pattern or Scrap Paper of your Choice
Font of your choice
I used Suzanne Quill
3 Close Up Tubes of your choice.
I am using the wonderful art of Barbara Jensen. You can purchase a license to use her work
from www.eroticartistgallery.com.
For the background, I used a gorgeous free watercolor
Created by Jo Lynch that is available at www.whimzicals.com.
Or you can purchase a license to use her work from CILM and get many more
Outstanding pieces of art.
Open the tubes in PSP. Open the font and minimize it.
Ok we are ready to start.
REMEMBER TO SAVE OFTEN
You can drag this arrow down the page with you to keep your place in the tut.
Script provided by Dynamic Drive.
Step 1:
Open a 500 x 500 white canvas.
Promote background to layer.
Add a raster layer and flood fill with a pattern or scrap paper. Rename Pattern
Activate your Preset Shapes and set it to Rectangle - Solid line - Width 4.
Set your Foreground to a darker colour from the pattern and Null the Background.
Draw a long narrow rectangle about 400 x 100.
Go to Object - Align - Horizontal In Canvas and then convert to Raster Layer.
Use the Deformation tool or the Pick tool if in PSP X.
Hold down the Ctrl Key and draw in the bottom edges to create a trapezoid shape.
Arrange the edges so you have the folded appearance. See my tag for reference.
Rename the, Top, Middle and Bottom and arrange the layer palette as shown below.

Step 2:
Duplicate your pattern layer.
Activate your Magic Wand and make sure its set on Add/Shift.
Activate your Top Layer and click inside the shape with your Magic Wand, then while it is still selected activate the Middle layer in the layer palette. Click inside the shape with your Magic Wand, then while it is still selected activate the Bottom layer in the layer palette. Click inside the shape with your Magic Wand.
All the shapes should now have Marching Ants inside them.
Go to Selections - Modify - Expand - 2
With your duplicated pattern layer active go to Selections - Invert and press Delete on your keyboard.
Select None.
Lower the Opacity to around 75 or to your liking.
Step 3:
Activate the Top layer in your Layer Palette.
With your Magic Wand click inside the shape.
Go to Selections - Modify - Expand - 2.
Choose one of your tubes and copy and paste it as a new layer and position where you want it.
Then go to Selections - Invert and hit delete on your keyboard.
Select None.
Drag the image below the frame and change the layer blend to overlay.
Repeat the above for the other two trapezoid shapes with two more tubes.
Step 4:
Hide your white raster layer and your original Pattern layer and Merge Visible.
Add a large Blurred Drop Shadow. I used
Eye Candy 5 Impact - Perspective Shadow - Off Center 0 - Opacity 75 - Blur 25.0.
Unhide the Pattern and White layers and lower the opacity on the Pattern layer.
I brought mine down to 50, but lower it to your liking.
On the white layer go to Effects - Texture - Blinds - Width 5 - Opacity 25 - Horizontal Checked - Light from Left/Top UNchecked.
Pick a light color from your pattern.
If you want to soften the edges, hide the Merged Layer and merge the Pattern and White layer Visible. Apply and Edge Fade Mask of your choice.
You could also choose to add a Border or Frame.
Add the Artists Copyright and your watermark.
Add your name and save as a jpeg.

For the image below I used the art of Johnnie Grez, used with a License from CILM.
