This was written for psp 9 but will work in other versions.
For this tutorial you will need

Supplies
Includes the Scrap kit, Becky's Mask 022 and my Ribbon.

Font of your choice.
I used Inspiration which is a pay font so I cannot supply.
A tube of your choice.
I am using the wonderful art of Jennifer Janesko.
You can purchase a license to use her work from CILM.
Ok we are ready to start.

Step 1:
Open the supplies and your tube in PSP.
Open a new image 600 x 600 transparent image and flood fill with white.
Copy and paste the Frame from the Scrap Kit as a new layer onto your canvas.
Go to Image - Rotate - 90 degrees - Left.
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer and move it below the frame layer.
Activate the frame layer and use your Deform tool to stretch the frame sideways so it covers the egde of the tube and push it down at the top so that the tube just goes slightly above the frame.
See my tag for a guide.
Use your eraser to erase any parts of the tube that stick out the side of the frame.
Step 2:
Activate the Frame Layer.
Select your Magic Wand - Tolerance 10 - Feather 0 and click inside the frame.
Go to Selections - Modify - Expand by 8.
Add a new raster layer and fill with Paper 1 and Deselect.
Move this layer below the tube layer.
Activate the Tube layer and go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat.
Activate your Frame layer and erase any parts of the frame that go over the tube at the top.
Don't worry you can't go past the tube layer because of the selections.
Deselect.
Add the following Drop Shadow to the tube layer.
Vertical = 0
Horizontal = 5
Opacity = 50
Blur = 7
Colour = Black
Activate the Frame layer and the following Drop Shadow.
Vertical = 2
Horizontal = 2
Opacity = 30
Blur = 3
Colour = Black
Step 3:
Activate the white background layer and add a new raster layer.
Fill with Paper 2 and apply Beckys Mask 022 - Source luminence checked.
Merge Group.
Use the Deform tool to move the mask down at the top so just a bit shows above and below the tag. Use my tag as a guide.
Open the Ribbon that came with the Scrap kit and copy and paste as a new layer on your canvas. Move this layer to the top.
Resize it to fit the tag (I resized mine 60% - Smart size selected).
Move into position.
Use the selection tool to select the part that goes over the bottom edge of the frame and press delete on the keyboard.
Delselect.
Step 4:
Copy and paste the Flower as a new layer in your canvas and resize to fit your tag. I resized mine 50% - Smart size selected.
Place in the top left hand corner.
Duplicate the flower layer and place in the bottom right hand corner.
Copy and paste the Thoughts Of You Ribbon and place in the top right corner. Add a Drop Shadow of your choice.
Hide the white background layer and crop to size, then unhide the white background layer.
If you want to resize your tag do it now.
Add your name in a font of your choice. Use a darker colour from your tube for your foreground and a lighter colour for your background.
Add the artists credits and your watermark and merge all visible and save.
