For this tutorial you will need

Animation Shop
2 Fonts of your choice
I used Huxlee Vertical which you can download Here and Ephesis which is a pay font so I am unable to supply it.
Tube of your Choice.
I am using the wonderful art of Gary Ham. You can purchase a license to use his
work from CILM.
Ok we are ready to start.
REMEMBER TO SAVE OFTEN
You can drag this arrow down the page with you to keep your place in the tut.
Script provided by Dynamic Drive.
Step 1:
Open a new transparent canvas, size 600 x 600 and flood fill with white.
You can resize this later, it's just nice to have a big area to work in initially!
Select the tube you want to use, and select two colours from it, for your foreground and background. We will use these for the circle we'll be doing next.
Go to your Preset Shapes, and select the Ellipse.
Line style: Solid
Width: 5 - see my tag for sizing, or just experiment until you find the size you like the most.
Once you are happy with the size, convert to a raster layer.
Add the folowing Drop Shadow to the Ellipse.
Vertical = 0
Horizontal = 0
Opacity = 80
Blur = 12
Colour = Black
Now for the name bar at the bottom.
Again select your Preset Shapes, but this time go for the rectangle. Size according to taste.
Foreground used on mine was the Metal Steel Gradient, Background colour taken from the tube. Line width: 5.
Once happy with the size, convert to a raster layer (right click the vector layer and 'convert to raster layer'.
While still on the Name bar apply the same Drop Shadow we used earlier.
Step 2:
Now for the curved writing at the top of the ellipse.
Select the Ellipse again from your Preset Shapes.
Cancel out (Null) the background colour on your pallette (click on the 'no entry' type symbol), so as we just get the outline of the Ellipse.
Draw out the outline of the Ellipse, so as it is slightly away from the main Ellipse.
Whilst the ellipse is still a vector, select your text tool and font of choice (Huxlee Vertical in my example). Mine was set on Vector.
Hover the cursor over the newly drawn circle outline, until you see the 'A' of the cursor go slightly sideways, then write your desired wording (I cancelled out the foreground colour whilst doing this and set the background to Black).
Once you've ok'd the text, you can move the text if needed, by using the little squares on the box surrounding the text. Just click on, say, the middle small square on the right of the box, and drag the word to desired position.
To get rid of the circle outline you used to put the words around, click on the small ' + ' sign next to the vector layer, then click on the eye symbol next to the ellipse wording, then Convert the layer to a Raster layer.
Add the same Drop Shadow we used previously.
Add the tube of your choice to the image and give it a Drop Shadow.
Now just add your name and copyright details, and you're nearly finished.
Step 3: Animation
Make your Ellipse layer the active one.
Using your magic wand, click inside the ellipse.
Go to 'Effects', 'Artistic Effects','Balls and Bubbles'.
Under 'Presets' at the top, select 'water drops'.
On the first Screen under Shape use the following settings
Click the Surface box and use the following settings
Click the Maps box and use the following settings
Click the Illumination box and Click the Add button under Lights to add 3 lights.
Use the following settings.
Note: Click on the Position and drag to get the lighting angle right.
Light 1:
Light 2:
Light 3:
Then click ok to apply.
You'll now see the water drops inside the ellipse. Go to 'Selections', 'Select none'.
Go to 'Edit', 'Copy Merged'.
Now over to Animation Shop, Right click and 'Paste as new animation'.
Back to PSP. Go to Edit- Undo Balls and Bubbles to get back to no bubbles, but making sure the marching ants are still going round.
Go to 'Effects', 'Artistic Effects', 'Balls and bubbles'. Leave the settings as before, but this time click in the 'Randomise' box, then 'ok'.
Deselect.
Go to 'Edit', 'Copy Merged'.
Back to Animation Shop. Go to 'Edit', 'Paste', 'After current frame'.
Now to see the result of your work.
Click on 'View', then 'Animation'. Now you'll see the water drops in action!
Now save your work and you're finished!
I hope you've enjoyed this tutorial.
