This was written for psp 9 but will work in other versions.
For this tutorial you will need

Step 1:
Open your tube you which to use in psp and minimize for now. Unzip and open my psp images in psp. Open and minimize your font.
Open a new image 500 x 500 transparent image and flood fill with white.
Copy and paste the MontiShape 1 onto your main canvas. Selections, Select all, Float, Selections modify, Contract by 2.
Flood fill with a colour from your tube. I am using a red. Deselect.
Go to Effects Cybia Screenworks and apply a preset of your choice. I used Point Array default settings.
Copy and paste the MontiShape 2 as a new layer onto your main canvas and position it to the right. See my tag as an example.
Selections, Select all, Float, Selections modify, Contract by 2.
Flood fill with a colour from your tube. I am using a blue. Deselect.
Go to Effects Cybia Screenworks and apply a preset of your choice. I used Canvas Mesh default settings.
Copy and paste the MontiShape 3 as a new layer onto your main canvas and position it to the left and up slightly. See my tag as an example.
Selections, Select all, Float, Selections modify, Contract by 2.
Flood fill with a colour from your tube. I am using a blue. Deselect.
Go to Effects Cybia Screenworks and apply a preset of your choice. I used Chain Link default settings.
Copy and paste the MontiShape 4 as a new layer onto your main canvas. Selections, Select all, Float, Selections modify, Contract by 2.
Flood fill with a colour from your tube. I am using a yellow. Deselect.
Go to Effects Cybia Screenworks and apply a preset of your choice. I used Net Pattern default settings.
Step 2:
Duplicate each of the shape layers.
Hide the white background and the duplicate shape layers and merge all visible. Move to just above the white layer.
Apply Toadies What Are You? - Setting 15. Reduce the opacity to 54.
Unhide your shape layers one by one, resizing each layer by 85% as you do, All layers UNchecked, Bicubic selected.
Add the following drop shadow to each shape layer.
Vertical and Horizontal = 4
Opacity = 50
Blur= 4
Colour = Black
Repeat changing the Vertical and Horizontal to -2
You should have something like this (yours will be bigger as mine has been resized).
Activate the top layer and copy and paste your main tube as a new layer. Resize if neccessary.
Add a drop shadow of your choice or use the one below.
Vertical and Horizontal = 5
Opacity = 50
Blur= 5
Colour = Black
Add a new layer and add the artists copyright and your watermark.
Add your text using a font of your choice.
I am using Fusion size 72, Foreground black, Background colour from your tube (I am using red), Stroke 2.
Use your nodes to pull and stretch it to size and position. Convert to raster layer.
You can either leave it plain or add another Cybia Screen works preset of your choice.
Add the following Inner Bevel
Add the following Drop Shadow
Vertical and Horizontal = 3
Opacity = 50
Blur= 5
Colour = Black
You can also add a phrase of your choice. I added "Which way are you going to go?" in black. I used Bank Gothic font size 20, Foreground black, Background light colour from your tube.
Add a strong Drop Shadow. I used
Vertical and Horizontal = 2
Opacity = 100
Blur= 2
Colour = Black
You can either save this as a .jpg OR continue and animate it.
Step 3: Animation
If you are going to animate please rename your layers as shown below:
Open Animation Shop.
In PSP hide Shapes 2, 3 and 4. Edit, Copy Merged, Paste in Animation Shop.
Back in PSP change the opacity of Shape 1 to 50. Unhide Shape 2 and change the opacity to 50. Edit, Copy Merged.
In Animation Shop right click on Frame 1 and choose Paste after current frame.
Back in PSP change the opacity of Shape 2 to 100 and hide Shape 1. Edit, Copy Merged.
In Animation Shop right click on Frame 2 and choose Paste after current frame.
Back in PSP change the opacity of Shape 2 to 50. Unhide Shape 3 and change the opacity to 50. Edit, Copy Merged.
In Animation Shop right click on Frame 3 and choose Paste after current frame.
Back in PSP change the opacity of Shape 3 to 100 and hide Shape 2. Edit, Copy Merged.
In Animation Shop right click on Frame 4 and choose Paste after current frame.
Back in PSP change the opacity of Shape 3 to 50. Unhide Shape 4 and change the opacity to 50. Edit, Copy Merged.
In Animation Shop right click on Frame 5 and choose Paste after current frame.
Back in PSP change the opacity of Shape 4 to 100 and hide Shape 3. Edit, Copy Merged.
In Animation Shop right click on Frame 6 and choose Paste after current frame.
Edit, Select all, Frame properties 30.
I also chose to col0ur over the "This Way" on the sign on the tube I used so that it only appeared in the last frame.
I then set the Frame properties for the last frame to 50.
Resize if neccessary and save as a .gif.
