This was written for psp 9 but will work in other versions.
For this tutorial you will need
Paint Shop Pro
Tubes of your Choice.
You will need 3 tubes, 2 of which are misted and a misted flower tube.
Preferably all in the same colour range.
(Instructions for misting are included in the tut).
A Scripty font of your Choice.
Filters Unlimited 2
or
An edge mask of your choice.

Step 1:
Put your mask in your Masks folder in PSP or wherever you store your masks.
Open your tubes in PSP.
Open your font and minimize.
If you have no misted tubes then open the tube you like, go to Selections/Select All/ Float.
Selections/Modify Feather 50
(If a box pops up saying the image must be defloated first press Ok)
Selections Invert and press Delete on your keyboard twice. Deselect.
Step 2:
Open a new transparent image 600x600 and flood fill with white.
Add a new raster layer and flood fill with #c0c0c0.
Go to Layers/ Load Save Mask/ Load Mask from Disk
Make sure Source luminence - Fit to Canvas - Show All Mask are checked.
Right click on your mask layer and delete.
Click Yes in the box that comes up then go to layers merge group.
Step 3:
Go to Adjust Hue/ Saturation/ Colourize.
I used hue 239 and saturation 81.
You will have to adjust yours depending on what tubes you used.
Layers/ Merge all visible and resize by 80% making sure all layers and Bicubic are checked.
Copy and paste your misted flower tube as a new layer and resize to fit and lower the opacity to 25.
Merge all visible.
Press shift D twice to make 2 copies of the template. Copy and paste your
misted tubes onto 2 of these. Use your mover tool to position them where you want them, lower the opacity if you wish.
Layers merge all visible.
Minimize the third for now.
On the 2 with the misted tubes on go to Filters Unlimited2/ Edges square/ Square edge 12 and click apply.
(or use your edge mask).
Selections/ Select all float/ Modify feather 30. Selections invert and press delete on your keyboard twice.
Minimize them for now we will need them later.
Step 4:
Open the third template and your non misted tube.
Copy and paste the tube as a new layer.
Use your mover tool to position it and lower the opacity if you wish.
I lowered mine to 80% then Layers/ Merge all visible.
Go to Filters Unlimited2/ Edges square/ Square edge 12 and click apply.
(or use your edge mask).
Selections/ Select all float/ Modify feather 30. Selections invert and press delete on your keyboard twice.
Step 5:
Open a new 600x600 transparent image and fill with white.
Copy and paste your non misted tube template as a new layer.
Image resize 90% making sure All Layers is NOT checked.
Apply the following drop shadow
V & H= 6
Opacity= 51
Blur= 21
Colour= #404040
Step 6:
Open one of your misted tube templates and resize by 40%.
Copy and paste as a new layer on your main image and move to the top right corner. See my tag for a guide to placement.
Apply the same drop shadow.
Repeat the above process for the other misted tube template but position it in the lower left.
Image resize 90% making sure all layers is checked.
Step 7:
Click on raster layer 1 (your white layer) to activate it then click on your misted flower tube and copy and paste as a new layer on your main image.
Lower the opacity to between 60 "&" 70%.
Hide your background (white layer) and crop your image so the excess area is gone. Unhide layer 1.
Add your watermark and any artists copyright.
Choose your font (I used Monika)
Set your foreground to white and your background a colour from your tube.
Stroke set to 1
Size 72 (depending on your font used)
Vector and Antalias checked.
Use your nodes to rotate the text slightly, then when you are happy with it convert to raster layer.
Add the following drop shadow
V & H= 2
Opacity= 76
Blur= 2
Colour= #404040
Resize to your liking and save as a jpg.
